*Fall 2024: If you are a younger player and interested in playing up to 14U, please register for tryouts. If you are also 12U eligible, please register and tryout within that group as well as these two programs are separate and there is a risk of being cut from one or both. Questions? hwortz@isd110.org
This is a competitive, skills, community based traveling league and an evaluation is used. Ideal team roster size is 11-13 players and no player is guaranteed a spot on any team regardless of team placement in previous leagues/seasons. Please know that there is a potential l of player CUTS.
At the time of registration please note if you are trying out for:
> Fall 2024 only
> Summer 2025 only
> Fall 2024 AND Summer 2025
*Separate teams could/will be formed for each season.
*Each season has a separate registration and fee. You tryout fee covers both seasons whether you choose both seasons or not.

There is no guarantee that there will be enough players to fill out a team. There could also be an opportunity to form more than one team. If you are age eligible 14’s and willing to play-up please note that on your registration for consideration. Independent evaluators, board members and/or coaches evaluations could/will be used.
Practices will take place in August & September 1-2 nights a week in Waconia.
2-3 volunteer coaches are needed! Please indicate volunteer coaching interest at the time of registration. If needed, a more thorough application will be used to identify coaches. There is an extremely quick turnaround time for fall ball so potential coaches may likely be identified prior to evaluations. If you are interested in coaching please reach out in July.
Games will be played on Sundays at neutral host sites on August 25, September 8, 15,22 & 29. The Fall Ball State Tournament is Sunday, September 29th.
$120 Fee Includes: 1 Uniform t-shirt top and a $25 non-refundable evaluation fee and processing fee.
Refunds: Once teams are posted you will have 24 hours to accept your roster spot. A full refund will be given minus $25 (processing fee and evaluation fee) if you decide not to proceed with playing for Fall 2024. We cannot offer a refund/credit/transfer after August 8th once you have committed to the team.

Evaluations will be held at the Waconia High School Varsity Softball Fields (purple dugouts located between Waconia HS and Waconia MS.) Bring your glove, bat & wear your cleats.
14U, 16U, 18U & High School League Evaluations Mon., Aug 12, 2024 | 6:30-8pm
*Pitchers and catchers will be evaluated at the end of the time slot.
*Please email Holly Wortz ASAP if you are injured or have a non-avoidable conflict with the August 12 evaluation date but still wish to tryout. Prior to July 31st is appreciated.
