This is a competitive, skills, community based traveling league and an evaluation is used. Ideal team roster size is 11-13 players and no player is guaranteed a spot on any team regardless of team placement in previous leagues/seasons. Please know that there is a potential of player CUTS.
*Each season has a separate registration and fee. You tryout fee covers both seasons whether you choose both seasons or not.

Register By - July 30, 2025
There is no guarantee that there will be enough players to fill out a team. There could also be an opportunity to form more than one team. If you are age eligible 14’s and willing to play-up please note that on your registration for consideration. Independent evaluators, board members and/or coaches evaluations could/will be used to form teams.
Practices will take place in August & September 1-2 nights a week in Waconia.
2-3 volunteer coaches are needed! Please indicate volunteer coaching interest at the time of registration. If needed, a more thorough application will be used to identify coaches. There is an extremely quick turnaround time for fall ball so potential coaches may likely be identified prior to evaluations. If you are interested in coaching please reach out in July.
Games will be played on Sundays at neutral host sites on August 24, September 7, 14, 21 & 28. The Fall Ball State Tournament is Sunday, September 28th.
$130 Fee Includes: 1 Uniform t-shirt top and a $25 non-refundable evaluation fee and processing fee.

Evaluations will be held at the Waconia High School Varsity Softball Fields (purple dugouts located between Waconia HS and Waconia MS.) Bring your glove, bat & wear your cleats.
14U, 16U, 18U & High School League Evaluations Mon., Aug 11, 2025 | 6:30-8pm
*Pitchers and catchers will be evaluated at the end of the time slot.
*Please email Holly Wortz ASAP if you are injured or have a non-avoidable conflict with the August 11 evaluation date but still wish to tryout. Prior to July 30th is appreciated.
