Wizard of OZ Community Musical
Ages 8 - Adults
Community theatre is returning to Waconia! Join us this summer for “Wizard of Oz,” as we bring this classic tale to the stage in this all-ages production.
A tornado rips through Kansas, transporting young Dorothy Gale and her dog, Toto, to Oz. There, they meet Glinda the Good Witch and the Munchkins, before embarking down the Yellow Brick Road to the Emerald City in search of the Wizard. Along the way, Dorothy is joined by the Scarecrow, Tin Man, and Cowardly Lion. The adventurers are asked to bring the broomstick of the Wicked Witch to the Wizard in order to return home.
While this will be a teen/adult-focused show, there is room for every age in this production, including kids as young as 8. We need actors, crew members, and musicians!
